The APPS are available on Google Play (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS). The user acknowledges and agrees to comply with all applicable terms and conditions set forth by these application stores regarding the download, use, and updating of the APPS.
4. Getting Started and Subscriptions
Upon first launching an APP, the user may be asked optional questions to personalize their experience. Users can also configure notification frequency. This information can be modified at any time in the settings panel.
The APPS offer a free version with limited content. To access all features and content, the user must subscribe to the Premium version through available payment plans (e.g., monthly, annual, or lifetime). Payments are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, depending on where the user downloaded the application. The terms of use for these stores apply to all transactions.
5. Method of Use
When starting the application, the user will access a main screen where they will be able to visualize, according to the chosen application, motivational phrases, daily affirmations, jokes, vocabulary, curiosities, and other information of general interest. They can share them or select them as favorites.
Also, according to the frequency and quantity chosen by the user, the selected application will send reminders/notifications to the mobile device with the content chosen by the user.
5.1 General Settings: Users can access a settings section to modify their profile data, manage their subscription, configure app preferences (language, sounds), and access legal documents like this one.
5.2 Categories: A “categories” menu allows users to filter content based on their interests, view their favorite content, and access any content they have created themselves.

6. Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
All intellectual and industrial property rights over the APPS, including their design, source code, logos, and content, are owned by the Company.
